Return Policy
At QuaLLi, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you may return it under the conditions outlined below:
Return Period
You may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
Products to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened or if the product has been used.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at qualliva@gmail.com. When submitting your return request, you must include your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Process
Once your return request is approved, the return address and instructions will be sent to you via email. Please ship the product to the specified address. After the product reaches us, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected.
Refund Process
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. After the returned product is inspected, you will be notified via email that the refund process has been completed.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or was sent incorrectly. In such cases, the shipping costs will be covered by us.
Exceptions
Personal hygiene products, customized products, and discounted items are non-returnable. In addition, digital content or services are not eligible for return.
